Bringing Interactive Reading to Life with Hampton Township

The StoryWalk movement has taken the country by storm. By combining early childhood literacy, family time, and outdoor exercise into a single interactive experience, StoryWalks have quickly become one of the most popular amenities for parks, public trails, and libraries nationwide. At Pannier Graphics, we are proud to be at the forefront of this movement, fabricating thousands of StoryWalk exhibits for hundreds of installations across the United States each year. But among all those projects, an installation right down the road in Hampton Township holds a special place in our hearts.
Client: Township of Hampton
Location: Allison Park, PA
Products: StoryWalk Exhibits, StoryWalk Backer Panels

Located just minutes from our facility, the community township park now features 20 of Pannier's StoryWalk Exhibits paired with Backer Panels in our signature "StoryWalk Trees" design. Having this project right in our own backyard makes seeing families enjoy the displays all the more rewarding.

Now installed for around a year, these exhibits have quickly become a beloved fixture in the local park. Designed to encourage literacy, physical activity, and a connection to nature, the displays allow families and visitors to read a children's book page by page as they stroll along the path.

To keep the experience fresh, engaging, and relevant throughout the seasons, township staff frequently update the featured stories. Whether it’s a cheerful spring story, a summer adventure, or a cozy holiday tale, community members have continuous motivation to return, walk the path, and discover what story awaits them next.

Constructed using durable, weather-resistant materials built to hold up through all four Pennsylvania seasons, these exhibits ensure the graphics and frame structure remain vibrant and secure for years of public enjoyment.

We are thrilled to see how much the Hampton Township community has embraced their StoryWalk, and we look forward to seeing many more stories featured!
