Our Mission Statement

Pannier is not just an outdoor signs company, but rather a group of dedicated and talented individuals who are passionate about the work they do, the people they serve, and the colleagues they collaborate alongside with.

Internally, we are a family.  From the top down we work together, collaboratively, and take care of each other.  We all recognize that each of us has worth, and is vital to the day-to-day operations of the company.  We succeed as a team, and we fail as a team.

Externally, we strive to be a company that values its customers and walks with them through their project.  We have customers that buy weekly, and we have customers that only need our products once in their life.  We do our best to treat each job and each customer as if it is the most important account we have.

Products and Services

Pannier Graphics is an outdoor sign and exhibit frame and base manufacturer.  What stands Pannier apart from other outdoor sign companies is one word: durability.

All of our products are built to last.  We do not make anything we will not stand behind for many years to come.  Our weatherproof outdoor signs are just that - weatherproof and made for the outdoors.  With a full 10-year warranty, you can rest assured that your sign will look good for years to come.

Lastly, we are the manufacturer.  We are a small team of people located just north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and we produce exhibit frames and bases, along with our custom signage, all in-house.  When you buy from Pannier, you are buying from the people that actually make the products you receive.

What to expect

We are an easy going company, but strict on quality.  Calling in and talking to us will be a pressure-free, informative, and satisfying phone call.  We understand that details matter, but sometimes details are not all ready at the start of a sales cycle.  And if you prefer email, we can do that, too.

From first contact to final shipment, you will always know what to expect next.  Through your entire project, you will have one main point of contact for all your communications.  That person will be your direct line to the manufacturing team.  From approvals to deadlines, we will do our best to stay clear and transparent for you.

Unfortunately, things can go wrong, and we do make mistakes.  We will always own our mistakes, and if there is any gray area, or somewhere we could have done better, we will do everything we can to ensure you are taken care of.  Up to and including full replacements.  We stand behind what we do, and that includes our mistakes.

To our customers,

At Pannier, our commitment to quality and dependability in both product and service has carried us for over forty-five years. Through innovation and reliability, we have remained a leading manufacturer of premium outdoor panels, exhibit bases, and frames.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. With all production under one roof in southwest Pennsylvania, we have complete control of your product from start to finish. We pride ourselves on being your partner through the entire lifecycle of your project.

Providing a quality product is important to us. That’s why we’ve assembled a team of the best artisans and craftspeople to build your project. You can rest assured that our promise to deliver quality time and again, stands true. We stand behind our product by offering a full 10-year warranty.

Pannier is a family-owned and operated business that remembers our roots. We are proud of what we do and believe you’ll love your finished product. We look forward to an opportunity to help with your next project.
