Next steps

You signed your quote... thanks!  We appreciate your business.  Now, you may have the question, "what's next?".  Let us walk through the next steps for you...

Signing your quote

Our secure e-signature platform PandaDoc will walk you through the quote signing process easily.  It will guide you step-by-step to complete each portion of the quote you need to complete, and finally sign and submit.  If you have net 30 terms with us, you will move directly into frame/proof approval.  If you are required to pay money to start your project (terms are at the bottom of your quote), you will be directed to our Accounting department to coordinate that payment and start your project.  Please note that your project will not commence - and your ship date will be delayed - until payment is reconciled.

Frame drawing

If you purchased frames from us, the likely next step is to receive a frame drawing approval document, also through our PandaDoc system.  Review your drawing, all the specifications and dimensions, and walk through the signing process just as you did on the quote.

Proofs

If you purchased panels from us, you will also be receiving proofs.  The proofs are more than likely to be hard copy proofs - what you see is what you get paper prints - before molding in our embedment process.  These will be shipped to you via UPS 2nd day, and you should receive them somewhere around 7-10 days after signing your quote.  You will receive an email from our art department notifying you of the shipment, along with a form to fill out to either approve those proofs as is, request new proofs/PDFs, or make changes and proceed into production.

Ship it!

Our lead times for production range throughout the year, but typically we are 4 weeks for panel only jobs, 6 weeks for panel+frame jobs, and 8-10 weeks for very large, or very complicated jobs.  Your Account Manager can give you a more accurate date after your approvals are in.  After completion, we will ship your job via motor freight.  The image to the left shows a crate which may or may not look just like your crate, but rest assured it is pacakged to survive the long trip from us to you!  Your crate may arrive on a 52-foot semi truck, so if any special accomodations need to be made such as a lift gate, or a delivery appointment, please let your Account Manager know.

Thank you!
